Roundwell Medical Centre is approved for the training of GP registrars.
A registrar will be with the practice for 12 months and will run regular GP clinics but they will have longer appointment times. The registrar is fully supervised by a GP trainer and all patients who have had an appointment with a registrar are discussed with the GP supervisor.
On occasions our registrar may wish to video consultations as part of their ongoing education and patient’s consent will be obtained prior to the consultation. The video recordings are strictly confidential and used for teaching purposes only.
Our GP trainers are Dr Caimin Hardiman and Dr Moyen Uddin. However, all GPs will be involved in the registrar’s training.
