Making a complaint
Roundwell Medical Centre aims to give a friendly and professional service to all of our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know either in writing to Frances McKenzie, business manager or by calling the medical centre and asking for the operations manager – patient services.
Taking it further
In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome you have the right to approach the Health Service Ombudsman.
