Heidi AI

Some of our GP’s may use Heidi AI during your consultation. This is an AI Medical Scribe designed to transcribe patient visits into clinical notes, fill out documents and dictate letters. Heidi allows our clinicians to spend more time interacting with patients and improving communication during consultations.

Important Update for Our Patients

We are pleased to announce that we will soon by moving from using Footfall to SystmConnect for our online services.

SystmConnect will provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for managing your healthcare needs including:

  • Submitting your requests online, in your own time
  • If you need an appointment, we will arrange one with you
  • Request fit notes and more via online consultations

* Transition Date: 29th September 2025 – the link to SystmConnect will be available on our website. 

* In preparation for this transition please note our online forms will not be available from 25th September – 28th September 2025.

Making a complaint

Roundwell Medical Centre aims to give a friendly and professional service to all of our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know either in writing to Frances McKenzie, business manager or by calling the medical centre and asking for the operations manager – patient services.

Taking it further

In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome you have the right to approach the Health Service Ombudsman.
