Important Update for Our Patients

We are pleased to announce that we will soon by moving from using Footfall to SystmConnect for our online services.

SystmConnect will provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for managing your healthcare needs including:

  • Submitting your requests online, in your own time
  • If you need an appointment, we will arrange one with you
  • Request fit notes and more via online consultations

* Transition Date: 29th September 2025 – the link to SystmConnect will be available on our website. 

* In preparation for this transition please note our online forms will not be available from 25th September – 28th September 2025.

Our practice nurses is involved in every aspect of patient treatment and care. They provide general health advice, cervical screening tests, flu and pneumococcal immunisations, HRT checks, childhood immunisations and NHS immunisations, injections, health promotion, contraception and family planning advice. All our nurses are involved with caring for our patients who have chronic disease.

Our healthcare assistants can take blood, check blood pressure, perform health checks, do ECGs, spirometry tests, change dressings, remove sutures and test urine. They work under the supervision of a qualified nurse.
