The district nursing team are all experienced and well qualified to assess the immediate and long term needs of patients and their families in the community. Community midwife

Health visitor
Our health visitor is a member of the primary healthcare team, working alongside the doctors, nurses and surgery staff. The aim of her work is preventative care and she offers advice to families so that they may enjoy a healthy lifestyle and support during times of difficulty and stress. She runs child healthcare clinics, postnatal groups, parenting groups and more. She also sees families within their own homes.

Social Prescriber
