Fortunately there are many voluntary organisations who are happy to help with transporting patients to the surgery.

Is a non-profit making transport scheme. The current charge is 42.5p per mile with a minimum charge of £2.50 for the first 5 miles.
The fee is paid to the driver. To book transport call 01603 422 807 between 9.00a.m - 4.00 p.m Monday to Friday. (3 working days notice is requested).
All medical appointments are given priority & they will take you to the NNUH. Essential shopping & visiting family is also available.
An eligibility criteria is applied to this service.

This is run by volunteers who have 7 mini buses with lifts & are able to help patients who have severe disabilities & can’t use public transport or have difficulties getting into a car.
Transport is provided through out Norwich (not NNUH) priority goes to health appointments including the Community Hospital. They will also do transport for socialising & shopping.

This is volunteer scheme for patients living in Marlingford, Colton or Easton aged 55 or over. You pay the driver direct at a rate of 25p per mile.
There is a bus stop right outside the medical centre on the A1074 Dereham Road.
