The aim of her work is preventative care and she offers advice to families so that they may enjoy a healthy lifestyle and support during times of difficulty and stress. She runs Child Health Care Clinics, Postnatal Groups and Parenting Groups, to name but a few. She also sees families within their own homes.

Referrals

Specialist and Hospital Care

If a GP or another member of our health care team believes that you need hospital treatment or specialist care elsewhere, they will discuss this with you and arrange the referral via the NHS eReferral system. Once the referral has been requested we will then write to you enclosing instructions on how you can book the appointment (normally over the telephone or via the internet) with the hospital or specialist.

If you would prefer to have some time to think before deciding where and when to have the treatment, you will be offered the option of calling the practice later and then we will arrange the referral for you.

If you have any questions, please raise them with the Practice Manager.
